Trouble signing in?
Microsoft Entra manages your password and passkeys. OneTaxFlow never receives or stores your password.
- Use your invited email addressEnter the exact email address that was invited to your OneTaxFlow workspace.
- Enter your Microsoft-managed passwordFor first-time setup or recovery, select “Forgot password?” and follow Microsoft’s identity-verification steps.
- Complete multifactor verificationUse the verification method registered with Microsoft Entra. A code is required only when Microsoft requests one.
- Use a passkey when availableIf a passkey is registered, you can sign in with your face, fingerprint, device PIN or security key instead of waiting for email.
Never share your password, passkey prompt or sign-in code. OneTaxFlow support will never ask for them. If your identity is verified but access is not assigned, ask your workspace owner or administrator to check your invitation and exact email address.
